3 - Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits made into your account will be reflected in your portfolio balance once verified. Withdrawals are processed within the timeline stated on our platform. Please ensure that all details provided during transactions are accurate to avoid delays or losses.

If the first deposit fails to generate profit, our company may issue a refund according to our refund policy. Any processing charges, or third-party costs must be borne by the member.

6 - Consultant & Staff Conduct

All consultants and company personnel are forbidden from having any form of financial transaction or private arrangement with members. Consultants, Personal Assistants, or staff members are strictly prohibited from lending money to customers or assisting them in making any payment or invoice on their behalf. All financial dealings must be conducted strictly through the official Company account.

8 - Privacy and Security

Our company prioritizes member privacy. All personal data and financial details are encrypted and protected according to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not share or sell user information to third parties.

8 - Limitation of Liability

Our company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
