Refund Rules & Conditions :
1 - Eligibility for Refund
Members may request a refund of their initial deposit within the first 7 days of the investment under the following conditions:
- The initial deposit fails to generate any profit and is completely lost. Refunds will be returned to the member's account via the original payment method.
- Members are unsatisfied with the management service and submit a refund request within the first 7 days.
- If the account has already generated profit, the company reserves the right to revoke any profit earned along with the refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via official contact methods and will be reviewed individually before approval.
- Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day appeal window unless exceptional circumstances are proven and approved by management.
- Certain cost are eligible for refund but may be claimed through official support. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2 - Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not allowed in the following cases:
- Member successfully generates profit and continues using the platform after the first 7 days.
- Member has already completed a withdrawal.
3 - How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact your assigned Personal Account Executive within 7 days of your initial investment.
- Provide full investment details, including amount, type, and reason for the refund.
- Your Personal Account Executive will review the request and guide you through the process.
4 - Policy Acceptance
By proceeding with any deposit, members agree to this Refund Policy in full and acknowledge the conditions described above.
